At Prospect we know how important it is to keep your data safe when we work with you or your organisation, and we are careful to only collect and keep what we need to work with you, and we don’t share it with anyone outside the organisation.

Full policy

We don’t have a mailing list, nor do we carry out targeted marketing. We don’t have website cookies on our website (but do have two on our learning platform - see below), nor do we use or have google analytics. We never share information or data with third parties. You know when you share sensitive information with us in a coaching setting or on a programme of training it is treated confidentially and carefully. We don’t hold onto data after the programme has finished, unless it is likely to continue and we keep working with your organisation.

If you are enrolled on our learning platform PRO-VE then your email address will be visible to other course participants, as courses are also networking opportunities. However you can go onto your profile setting and turn this off, so it is only accessible to course admin and our staff delivering the session. We use two cookies on our learning platform.

The essential one is the session cookie, called MoodleSessionPROVE. You must allow this cookie into your browser to provide continuity on the learning platform and maintain your login from page to page. When you log out of the learning platform or close the browser this cookie is destroyed (in your browser and on the server). Under the terms of the data protection legislation, this is classed as a "strictly necessary" cookie which is required for the learning platform to work properly.

The MOODLEID persistent cookie is purely for convenience. It just remembers your email address within the browser. This means when you return to the learning platform your email address field on the login page will be already filled out for you. It is safe to refuse this cookie - you will just have to retype your email address every time you log in to the learning platform.

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to our data protection officer, Richard Woods at

This policy will be reviewed every two years, or earlier if necessary. The next review will be April 2022.
